On Site Repair
No call-out charges for local (residential) customers within a 20 mile radius of Tewkesbury.

• Residential Customers - £30.00 per hour + VAT for each hour on site (rounded down to nearest half hour).

• Business Customers - £35.00 per hour + VAT for each hour on site (rounded down to nearest half hour).

Return To Base
It's sometimes easier and quicker to have the machine sent to us so we can evaluate and fix your issue for you.

• £30.00 per hour + VAT for each hour (rounded down to nearest half hour) + return delivery cost.

• We will send a quote before work begins. If the job will take longer than 4hours, we will agree a fixed fee instead of an hourly rate.
