Our usual support hours are Monday to Friday between 9am and 5:30pm, should you have an issue that can’t wait then we may be able to provide emergency support. Please read below for further information.
Tewktech Limited provide an Out of Hours Emergency Support Service on the understanding that it is provided on a best endeavours basis – what does this mean?
In short, it means that if a member of our team is available and can help, they will! The team at Tewktech Limited don’t work weekends and all have personal commitments, families etc, as such we’re currently unable to guarantee coverage.
What happens when I send an Out of Hours Emergency Request?
Once you’ve submitted the form opposite (below on a mobile device) you will receive an on screen confirmation that your request has been sent successfully. Our team members are then notified of this by SMS Text Messages to their personal mobile phones.
If a team member is available to assist with your emergency request they will reach out to you by telephone – please ensure you enter the correct number prior to submitting your request.
If they aren’t available, an attempt will be made to respond to your request informing you that we are unable to assist at this time, and that a member of our support team will contact you in normal business hours to discuss your issue.
