Business Development Manager
Tewkesbury
Full Time – Monday to Friday

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our expanding business based in Tewkesbury for a driven individual to join our small team. This is a great time to join us as we have exciting growth plans for the upcoming years!

The Role

  • Target geographic areas, identify new business opportunities
  • Find leads and set up meetings through cold-calling
  • Arranging meetings and attend
  • Manage own diary
  • Telephone, email and face-to-face communication
  • Negotiation of contracts
  • Conducting presentations to all levels from CEO’s to head of departments

The Candidate

  • Proven sales experience and can demonstrate these with examples
  • Technical knowledge/interest
  • Worked within the technical industry would be desirable, but not essential
  • A real ‘go getter’
  • Strong communication skills, over the phone and face-to-face
  • Confident in conducting presentations
  • Proven experience of hitting targets
  • Applicant should hold a driving licence

The ideal candidate will be comfortable to be in the office picking up the phone and likewise attending face to face meetings.

The successful applicant will be employed on a 3 month probationary period, with a review at 6 weeks and again at 12 weeks. Salary, bonuses and other benefits will be reviewed after this period.

On top of your competitive salary we also have a commission structure which offers an uncapped incentive for further earnings.

Sales Executive

  • High volume of calls until build up desk
  • Arranging meetings and possible attend
  • Manage own diary
  • Telephone, email and f2f communication
  • Negotiation of contracts
  • Conducting presentations to all levels from CEO’s to head of departments

The Candidate

  • Proven sales experience and can demostrate these with examples
  • Technical knowledge/interest
  • Worked within the technical industry would be desirable, but not essential
