Tewktech was formed in 2008 by Rob Daunter, an ex-employee of the now defunct PC manufacturer Evesham Micros. With 15 years in the Computing and IT industry Rob utilised his vast experience to bring a customer centric IT Support and Services company to Tewkesbury and the surrounding areas.
Over the past 9 years Tewktech has grown massively, which we put down to our customer centric principles and by always ensuring that we are transparent in everything that we do.
The first and second quarters of 2017 have also seen more changes for the company, with a significant re-branding exercise, and the opening of our second office in Tewkesbury town centre.
Tewktech began a re-branding exercise in early 2017 to ensure that the business properly represented what we are about, who we are and to better resonate with our core market, which is b2b IT Support and Services. With us redefining our brand and refocusing the business we are better able to communicate our key messages. Our re-brand doesn’t stop us from working with consumers, in fact, consumers still represent a big part of the business and we very much welcome their enquiries, whether face-to-face, online or by telephone.
Tewktech is now more visible than ever with the opening of our new office in Tewkesbury. Fully utilising our new brand image, our office is modern, clean, fresh and inviting – showing just how welcoming Tewktech is to our customers both new and old.
Rob has been in the computing and IT industry for most of his working life, working for big organisations such as the PC manufacturer Evesham Micro, and IT support company OGL.
With over 25 years experience within this ever-changing industry, Rob heads up our IT support services, and is usually our customers main point of contact when it comes to IT support.
As well as heading up the IT support side of the business, Rob also deals with most of the hardware issues and diagnostics services we provide – with years of experience, we feel that if Rob can’t diagnose or repair something then no one can! Obviously the manufacturer probably can!
Luke has worked in various IT roles since leaving school in 2003, and went it alone in 2011 when he started his own business. Luke’s business focused on providing cloud and web based services to small business customers in Gloucestershire and further afield.
Luke joined Tewktech as a director in January 2016 and brought with him a whole host of experience and ideas to move and grow the business. Over the first 12 months Luke worked to modernise the business bringing in new systems and procedures to allow the business to run more efficiently, and also orchestrated and overseen the recent re-brand and the move to our new offices in Tewkesbury town centre.
Generally, Luke manages all things cloud and web, and also manages the businesses day-to-day running including accounts, compliance and marketing – but isn’t afraid to role up his sleeve and get into the nity-gritty by providing IT support to our customers.

I have always found Tewktech to do an excellent job and to be available when we need them. They are friendly, reliable and very good at what they do. Very happy to have them as backup for when we need them.
The team at Tewktech feel like they are part of our organisation. They respond quickly to our emergencies, making sure that our lack of in-house IT skills doesn’t disadvantage our business. They have taken the time and trouble to understand what is important to our organisation and can work with us to improve and develop our IT systems to match our business growth and development. Best of all, they talk in a language we understand and don’t blind us with jargon. It is truly cost effective.
These guys took my dying (not very old) Sony laptop which died on me and pulled it back into full operational state. They gave a highly professional and effective service, seeking solutions everywhere and getting the job done. All this at a reasonable cost. They are professional and highly effective at a perfectly reasonable cost.
Excellent service from start to finish. my company had a critical problem at the worst possible time, and Tewktech had everything back up and running for us as quickly as possible. we cannot recommend Tewktech enough
